If you have a product that you wish to exchange/return, it must be in unopened and undamaged condition. You have 30 days from the purchase date to initiate the exchange or refund.

We do not accept returns based on taste. Limited to one return per customer. Contact us at info@active-co.au and one of our friendly customer service representatives will assist you.

Damaged or faulty 

We take the most care when packaging your order, we inspect all products prior to carefully packaging, but, we are human and something may slip through undetected. Send us a clear photo to info@active-co.au and one of our friendly customer service representatives will assist you.
